Position Description Coordinate and review special assessment calculations for Public Works Capital Improvement projects. Collaborate with multiple divisions, departments, and contractors to prepare, review, and levy special assessments related to service charges, unpaid fees, service line repairs and various annual projects. Maintain, review, and reconcile special assessment payment records for pending and levied special assessments. Work Location: This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work with some days working remotely and some days working in the office.
