Assistant Director of Player Personnel Fresno State Athletic Corporation Compensation and Benefits Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: Up to $3,000 per month This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Positions at Fresno State are to perform their work onsite. Job Summary Under the general direction of the Assistant Athletic Director for Football and Director of Recruiting Operations, the Assistant Director of Recruiting Operations will help coordinate all aspects of recruiting potential student-athletes. The Assistant Director of Recruiting Operations will stay abreast about industry standards and best practices. The candidate is also responsible for supporting the philosophy, goals, and mission of the Fresno State Athletics Department, as well as adherence to the NCAA policies and procedures.
