Position Summary Under general supervision and in cooperation with the manager of Landscape Services, the Lead Groundsworker prioritizes and coordinates the work of the Parking Maintenance and Events team, assigns, directs, and assists work of the team, supports Parking Services, and performs other tasks as assigned by the manager in support of the university and Facilities Services. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Daily Work Assignment and Oversight: Assigns work, monitors work progress, performs quality control checks and inspects completed work, trains and provides work direction to shop personnel, and may provide input to the appropriate manager on evaluations.
