Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off. What you’ll do: This is a second-level vocational position working in the Payroll/Business office at BHC. You will process all payroll for BHC, ensuring all employee deductions are processed. You will also assist with direct deposit, distributing paper pay checks, and open enrollment. You may be asked to advise staff, resolve transactional issues, and train new employees regarding benefits and other financial matters. You will enter and track OT payouts and holds. You will submit tax and benefit documentation.
All you need for success as an Accounts Assistant: - One to three years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of accounting procedures and office methods and practices
- Knowledge of basic research methods
- Ability to make mathematical calculations and resolve issues
- Ability to maintain automated and manual financial records
- A cheerful manner despite deadlines!
