The Job
The Innovation and Technology Department (ITD) is accepting applications for Systems Support Supervisor who supervises a unit within the Enterprise Infrastructure Division. The Systems Support Supervisor develops staffing schedules, assigns projects and tasks to staff, provides mentoring and coaching to staff, reviews and evaluates work performance of staff, and provides recommendations to management.
The Systems Support Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff providing business hours and after-hours support for the enterprise systems performance and security for mission critical applications, ServiceNow CAB Manager, manage and maintain Microsoft Windows 365 ecosystem, ensuring a secure and efficient environment for cloud-based desktops and applications, Microsoft Intune to configure, deploy and manage endpoint devices ensuring compliance with security policies, Microsoft Autopilot to streamline the deployment and setup of new endpoint devices, simplifying the provisioning process for County departments, Tanium Endpoint Management to monitor, manage and secure endpoints across the organization.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Pre-Employment Process: Incumbent must successfully complete a background investigation (fingerprinting and work history/education check) in addition to a job-related physical exam, including a drug test.
Availability: May be required to work after hours or weekends. Applicants must successfully pass a background check prior to appointment.

Minimum Requirements
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years full-time equivalent of professional experience, within the last five (5) years, leading systems management for the installation, operation, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure systems in a large organization; serving as a project lead; and administering Microsoft Windows365 Cloud Services, Microsoft Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Windows servers and systems, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, ServiceNow CAB Manager.

EDUCATION: Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed, post high-school coursework from an accredited university or technical school in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field. A list of coursework must be submitted with the application if applicant does not possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Business Administration.
Substitution : One (1) year of qualifying experience may substitute for the required education.
Desired Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field and have four (4) years of recent experience as described above plus familiarity with Cloud architecture and supporting enterprise applications.
