  Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109

  • Assist Programs with purchasing issues
  • Meet with programmatic staff to discuss procurement options/questions
  • Assist programs with timekeeping issues
  • Process purchase/payment documents
  • Maintain and update procurement tracking systems based on program request.

  
  
  Minimum Qualifications:
  
  

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Ability to organize and plan
  • Ability communicate effectively

  
  
  Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
