Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President for Development and Alumni Engagement, serve as a resource and administrative support person for the University Development & Alumni Engagement (UDAE) personnel related matters. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating staff position descriptions and present to senior management for final approval. Prepare and route for approval personnel actions. Oversee recruitment processes and advise departments of requirements for staff and management recruitments. Facilitate division-wide onboarding coordination - provide templates to hiring managers and ensure communications are sent and work station needs are ready for first day. Manage platform access for UDAE employees for professional development resources, such as Council for Advancement and Support Education (CASE) and Academic Impressions. Track, monitor and ensure timely completion of all employee probationary and annual evaluations. Maintain the UDAE Roster, Org Chart and distribute to campus constituency. Coordinate internal divisional events and special projects, including in-house or off-site activities, division wide or department meetings, team social events or celebrations. Provide direct administrative support, including but not limited to: schedule appointments and meetings; process invoicing; maintain filing system; and update employee distribution lists. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned. Attend training and maintain skill currency as appropriate to safely and effectively complete assignments. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Education and Experience

High school diploma or its equivalent. Five years of general office support or technical experience. (Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for 6 months of experience)

Salary:

Anticipated Hiring Range: $ 23.41 - $25.75 per hour

Classification Range: $23.41 - $38.38 per hour
