AHA is working to grow its portfolio of affordable housing and has a number of new properties coming on-line, and is looking for a Housing Specialist II in the Housing Programs Department to focus on leasing duties. This skilled leasing professional with recent experience leasing Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 and/or tax credit properties will conduct lease-up activities for new and as well as existing properties and assist our Housing Choice Voucher program with initial eligibility/leasing. This position will also coordinate with a wide range of community groups, landlords, advocates, and service partners, and assist AHA departments by providing compliant applicants for a variety of units and program.
