Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible municipal or local government experience are required*.

Knowledge in budgeting (administering and managing local, state, and federal funds), economic development, human resources, and government purchasing is required.

Complete an assessment of the overall Construction Management Initiatives. Provide a summary of the key performance indicators as well as a plan for managing and monitoring stakeholder engagement. They will serve as the Principal Point of Contact for construction management of all contracts associated with HAS Capital Development Projects, Terminal, Airside and Landside as part of the Infrastructure Program Management Delivery Team. The successful candidate will set and continually manage construction project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders. They will oversee a large volume of work, including 6,000 planning entitlements, 18,000 building permits, and 70,000 inspections annually.
