SUMMARY OF POSITION Under the direction of the Development Engineering Manager, performs or assists with managing tasks associated with development review including but not limited to: engineering plan review for residential subdivision and commercial site development; attending Development Review Committee meetings; conducting meetings with consultants, engineers, property owners, and residents; planning public infrastructure systems, including streets, drainage, water, and sewer systems; and project management tasks including cost estimates, easement acquisition, schedule management, and construction observation.
