Monitor department/program quality indicators. Coordinate with other agencies/personnel for certain aspects of mutual research or investigation. Counsel/facilitate interventions for the prevention of errors involving department/program plans. Prepare training plans and documents, train staff regarding program implementation as directed. Follow up on client or customer complaints (e.g. ‘hot line’ calls or CAF’s). Conduct fact finding and/or informational survey by interview or other means. Conduct investigations for department/program plan. Conduct checks of department/program sites (i.e. clinics, offices) to assure compliance with policies and procedures. Research information as requested and/or needed. Compile data and write informational reports.
