EXAMPLES OF DUTIES Assist the Aquatics Supervisor with ongoing staff training and annual in-service training; Supports the Aquatics Supervisor in overseeing daily operations during a shift Assist in planning and implementing various program activities Instruct a variety of swimming classes, water aerobics, and complete swim lesson evaluations; Serves as a lifeguard or instructor guard, as required; Monitor and maintain accurate registration and attendance records; Collect pool fees and prepare daily activity summary reports and bank deposit forms; Maintain equipment and supplies; Assists with routine pool cleaning and maintenance work on or around the swimming pool; Act as lead staff in emergency and rescue situations; Drive to offsite meetings and/or trainings; Perform other related duties as assigned.
