The incumbent will be responsible for managing fiscal components of the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services' Federal Advanced Planning Documents (APD); drafting and submitting revisions to the Divisions Public Assistance Cost Allocation Plan (PACAP); and assisting in the quarterly cost allocation process to ensure expenditures align with the various state and federal regulations/requirements. In addition, the ASO I oversees staff responsible for maintaining the various time tracking systems for use in the quarterly cost allocation process.
