Job/Department Summary: Reporting to the Vice President for Information Technology and CIO, the Director of User Experience and IT Support Services plays a pivotal role in leading Chico State’s Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) Department with a strong emphasis on customer service and stakeholder engagement.
