What You'll Be Doing We are currently seeking a Housing - Social Worker to become part of the Housing Affordability and Community Revitalization (HACR) team! Housing - Social Worker works with Permanent Supportive Housing programs and reports to the LCSW- Supervisory within the Cornerstone Program. This interdisciplinary team provides case management, support, counseling and guidance to special needs populations. This position is ideal for a passionate Housing - Social Worker who is ready to make a direct impact in the lives of program participants with special needs in our community.
