THE POSITION Incumbents in the Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) classification may be appointed to specialize in the Mental Health (MH) or the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) area. While the primary focus of incumbents will require unique typical tasks and specific abilities as indicated.
