OVERVIEW The Kitsap County Prosecutor's Office has a duty to protect the safety of the people we serve by addressing criminal behavior through the criminal justice system. We have a duty to ensure the constitutional rights of defendants are not violated, as well as to ensure rights of victims are recognized.
