CPS HR Consulting has an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in joining the organizational strategy team. The Associate Human Resources Consultant will perform project work for client agencies in the areas of organizational assessment, workload management, succession/workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and management consulting. Key to this position is the application of theoretical knowledge and possession of analytical and problem-solving, data analysis, and research skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Successful applicants will have any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be:
One (1) year of relevant experience performing work related to the assignment/duties outlined above.
Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
