Under the direction of the Crime Analyst (CA) Supervisor, the Student Assistant assigned to the Investigative Services and Systems Support Program, Missing and Unidentified Persons Section (MUPS), performs basic investigative tasks, technical, and administrative duties pertinent to the support of unit and program operations. MUPS assists law enforcement agencies throughout the state in finding missing persons and maintains statewide files containing the dental/medical records, photographs, and physical characteristics of missing and unidentified persons.
