With the assistance of the site-assigned Regulation Branch Mine Compliance Inspector, the candidate administers enforcement and corrective action to achieve compliance. Works with the permittees, local, State, and Federal agencies, non-governmental organizations, and the general public to ensure that their respective concerns related to the issuance of Water Pollution Control Permits are addressed.
