OVERVIEW Position Overview Performs and applies highly technical office and field civil engineering and construction management assignments in infrastructure construction and inspection. This role is responsible for overall planning, organizing, and directing of the personnel program in CCH, including employee relations, recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, safety, leave administration, and timekeeping.
