Minimum Requirements Systems Analyst I/II Education/Training : Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science, information systems or a related field. Systems Analyst I Experience : Four years (full-time equivalent) of increasingly responsible systems analysis and software applications experience. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
