Job Summary This position will Serve as Division Office Coordinator and Department administrative assistant, responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, fiscal and HR support related to the daily operations of Division of Information Technology (DOIT) and the department of Information Technology Services (ITS). The incumbent provides primary executive and administrative support to the Vice President/CIO, Division of Information Technology. Key Responsibilities Coordinates fiscal and personnel activities. Provides administrative support to the Administrative Services Manager (ASM) with various responsibilities, including the preparation of financial and personnel documents. Maintains all division and departmental fiscal and personnel documentation. Provides expert executive and administrative support for the Division Office and Vice President/CIO, Division of Information Technology. Contributes to the effectiveness of the Division and Departmental Office. Plan and coordinate departmental meetings and team building events for the Division Office. Plan and coordinate meetings and events for the AVP and VP/CIO as needed. CSU Classification Salary Range: The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $3,865 - $6,336 per month.
