GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible to ensure the safety of swimmers at Loveland Swim Beach, Chilson and/or Winona Outdoor Pool. JOB SUMMARY: This position plans, coordinates and manages all programs and activities of the Chilson Senior Center, budgeting, securing facilities, training of part-time and volunteer staff, marketing, and evaluations of all classes and activities. Position involves extensive customer contact and administrative support.
