ABOUT THE POSITION YOUR FUTURE BEGINS HERE! As the IT Help Desk Technician, you will: Supports information systems by providing first contact help desk assistance to enterprise computer users; works with users to troubleshoot and resolve application and network support issues. Processes requisitions for the IT department and keeps track of open Purchase Orders. Ensures IT purchases arrive and payment to vendors are submitted accordingly. ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Engineer 1 - Essential Job Functions: Calculates, analyzes, and reviews field data and prepares section subdivisions accordance to surveying principles, practices, state and federal regulations and guidelines. Prepares and reviews calculations and property descriptions for construction projects, right-of-way Right of Way plans, Record of Surveys, and boundary surveys for Public Works capital projects (roads, stormwater, and sewer), and for other county departments, including the Parks Department and the Commissioner’s Office. Examine and interpret City/County annexation boundary changes and update county GIS databases. Calculate, evaluate, and review field data to create topographic survey base maps using Civil 3D, Carlson, and point cloud software.
