Intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required. Knowledge of Google Suite and EATAC or similar automated food management system preferred. The incumbent must successfully complete a pre-placement exam and must possess and thereafter maintain a food safety manager certification, which has been accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire. Salary and Benefits Starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $3,537 to $3,647 a month. The Sheriff’s Office delivers public safety to the residents of Monterey County by providing 24-hour uniformed patrol, investigations, custody services, court security, and law enforcement support.
