The Recreation Specialist is distinguished from the Senior Recreation Leader based on its responsibility for a broader range of recreation activities and services. This is a part-time, at-will position exempt from the classified service. SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED: Receives general supervision from the Recreation Coordinator and Recreation Supervisor. Provides technical direction and functional supervision of other part-time staff including Recreation Leaders, Senior Recreation Leaders, and volunteers.
