Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, public or business administration, engineering, or a related field and 3-5 years of Correctional facility management AND knowledge of water systems or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this job. Degree but can substituted for more years of experience. Preferred Education & Experience Master’s degree in emergency management, public or business administration, engineering, or a related field. Experience in emergency preparedness and response. Knowledge of emergency response and water systems. Licensures and Certifications Completion of FEMA Emergency Management Institute courses 100, 700, and 800. Possession of a SEMS EOC Position credential.
