Director of Planning, Design, & Construction (Administrator II) Compensation and Benefits The Anticipated Hiring Salary is $115,000 - $130,000 and is competitive and negotiable depending on the strength of qualifications. This is a CSU Management Personnel Plan (MPP) position.
