This position works under the supervision of the Park Maintenance Supervisor. The Seasonal Maintenance Aide is responsible for assisting with the maintenance workload throughout the park units with an emphasis on the cleaning of facilities such as office buildings, maintenance shops and restrooms. The incumbent will ensure that the trails, campgrounds, and surrounding areas are free from litter and other debris. This position is intermittent and may either work up to 189 days or 1500 hours in a 12-month period.
