The Code Compliance Inspector II must have a strong grasp of the principles and practices associated with administration and enforcement of the County zoning, building, grading and erosion control codes and related laws and regulations governing land use. Description Conducts and supervises inspections of roadways, bridges and new development projects for compliance with County standards, provides guidance and makes recommendations. Provides representation for the County at the individual job sites. Conducts tests and analyses of construction materials. Prepares reports and conducts meetings with the public and property owners.
