Preferred Education & Experience Associates degree or vocational training in topics such as electrical wiring, architectural drawing, electricity, building codes and carpentry; continuing education is desirable. Ten years of related work experience is preferred (equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis). Licensures and Certifications Position would be expected to have licensure or professional certifications appropriate to the position.
