Job Description and Duties Under the direction of the Supervising Program Technician (SPT) II, the Youth Aid will provide routine support functions to the Imaging and Record Services Section (IRSS). The Youth Aid is responsible for pulling and refilling folders, filing documents into folders, analyzing documents for completeness, and sorting by type; preparing and reviewing documents for imaging and inputting into the Automated Archive System (AAS), maintains Bureau files, and fingerprint cards, scan documents into the Justice Electronic Document Imaging (JEDI) system to capture data that will be stored in the AAS and monitors and maintains the proper sequence to avoid data error, while performing other routine duties as needed. The Youth Aid will perform these tasks with conscientious attention to details. Geared for current High School students with availability from 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
