The Position Professional Engineer Administrators are responsible for management of an assigned district, function or division in the Department of Transportation. This position will be at the Department of Transportation within District 1 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The incumbent in this position will Direct the District Maintenance & Construction Program. These duties include the development of a District Maintenance & Construction work plan, including the Annual Work Plan and routine maintenance & construction work elements, which is developed and approved to preserve the transportation infrastructure within District 1. The approved work program and work plan design the maintenance & construction budgets. The maintenance & construction operation is monitored, and the District Engineer is notified of significant deviations from the budgets, Annual Work Program, or District Work Plan.
