The Program Manager monitors and provides guidance to the JOC Program and MR/MC Project teams comprised of General Contractors, Design Professionals, Contract Managers, Cost Accountants, and internal and/or 3 rd Party Inspectors in an effort to achieve Agency and Division goals focused on the maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of existing capital infrastructure to support both short-term and long-term strategies.
