Additional Comments OPERATING NEEDS: • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license that allows the candidate to legally operate a motor vehicle in New York State as a term and condition of employment. • Must possess Hazardous Tree assessment certification or be able to obtain certification within the probationary period. • Must possess Game of Logging 1 and 2 or be able to obtain them within the probationary period as a term and condition of employment. • Must be able to follow written direction as well as accurately record and document required information. • Must be able to communicate effectively with park and administrative staff and park patrons. • Must have good organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task. • Must have basic computer skills including use of the internet and a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams. • Must be able to answer general questions about the park from patrons and employees. • Must be able to give presentations about the park. • Experience in accounting and revenue tracking is preferred but not required. • Must have the ability to perform medium to heavy physical labor. • Must be able to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Must possess pesticide applicator’s license or to be able to obtain one during probationary period.
