Experience handling sensitive situations with tact and discretion. Strong analytical skills and the ability to creatively and diplomatically problem-solve with minimal guidance. Advanced computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with email, reservation, and survey platforms. Demonstrated ability to provide lead direction to others, with the ability to hire and train student assistants. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
