TCEQ OPERATING LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Must obtain TCEQ Class D Water Operator license, within one (1) year of employment with the City of San Marcos. Must TCEQ Class C Water Distribution Operator license and a TCEQ Class II Wastewater Collections Operator, within four (4) years of employment with the City of San Marcos. Licensing requirements are a condition of continued employment (required training will be provided).
