General Description and Classification Standards Serves the citizens of Atlanta by providing administrative support for the Environmental and Construction Enforcement Division. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing customer service responsibilities, preparing reports to outside regulatory agencies including monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports to the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission and the Fulton County Soil and Water Conservation District; annual MS4 reports to the Environmental Protection Division; and internal reports as directed. This position will also be responsible for file management of the Division, including digitizing pertinent data (construction drawings, stormwater as built, etc.), managing online and digital databases (i.e., Accela, Oracle, and Hansen related systems), processing open records requests, managing storage databases, processing requests for erosion control bond releases and the overall management of enforcement documents. This position will perform additional tasks as needed under the direct supervision of Division management. Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience Associate degree in engineering, Building Construction, or a related field. Customer service and database management and report preparation.
