Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Management, Public Administration, or related field. (Equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the bachelor’s degree on an exception basis) 10 years of maintenance, repair, and/or construction experience associated with large scale urban water distribution systems. 7 years of progressively responsible related work experience to include experience in the municipal water and wastewater government sector, with at least 3 years of management experience for a comparably sized organization or as a senior manager for a smaller organization. Preferred Qualification: Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Organizational Leadership or Public Administration. (Equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the master’s degree on an exception basis) 10 years of progressively responsible related work experience to include experience in the municipal water and wastewater government sector, with at least 5 years of senior management experience for a comparably sized organization or as a director for a smaller organization.
