    Apogee Global RMS is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / Offensive Security Lead to support high‑visibility federal and IC programs. This role is designed for operators who bring hands‑on offensive tradecraft, current certifications, and recent red‑team experience in mission‑critical environments.You will lead offensive security engagements, emulate advanced adversaries, and partner with federal stakeholders to strengthen cyber resilience across complex infrastructures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead red‑team, adversary emulation, and offensive security operations across federal and IC environments.Conduct full‑scope assessments, exploit development, and hands‑on attack simulations.Deliver technical reporting, risk articulation, and executive‑level briefings.Collaborate with defensive teams to validate detections and strengthen security posture.Maintain currency in offensive tooling, TTPs, and emerging threat vectorsCertificationsOSCP (minimum requirement)OSEP, GPEN, GWAPT, CISSP strongly preferredCEH acceptable only as a baseline; CEH alone will not qualify for key personnel considerationRequired ExpertiseHands‑on red‑team or offensive engagements within the last 24 monthsDemonstrated expertise in adversary emulation, exploitation, and offensive toolingStrong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, threat modeling, and detection bypass techniquesClearance & LocationSecret (minimum); TS preferred for IC/DoD workMust be cleared or fully clearablePrimary residence in the NCR (DC/MD/VA)Preferred AttributesExperience supporting IC, DoD, or federal civilian agenciesStrong communication skills for both technical and executive audiencesAbility to operate independently in high‑trust, high‑impact environmentsCommitment to continuous learning and offensive tradecraft evolutionWhy ApogeeApogee operates under the prime tier engagement where your offensive skill is respected, your time isn't wasted, and your work directly supports national‑level missions.
