Join us, where we'll make a greater impact together.What You'll do Groundswell is looking for experienced Senior Appian Consultants to provide integrated architecture support for our delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. Senior Appian Consultants help scale our business by providing expert guidance on solution delivery and designing and integrating cutting‑edge Appian solutions into our client's architecture. Architects mentor our delivery teams on best practices for advanced technical solutions, platform design, and implement internal processes and tools to improve the efficiencies of the business.Key Responsibilities Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologiesSupports design, development, and test activitiesGuide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical successEnsure solutions are built for scale and performanceCreate and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablementProvide thought leadership on process improvementSupport internal solutions, infrastructure, and toolsMentorship, training, and enablement of resourcesRequired Qualifications 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions5+ years of related IT experienceBachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related areaActive Appian Senior or Lead CertificationStrong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodologyStrong technical design, implementation and problem‑solving skillsStrong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy‑to‑understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresightStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high‑paced environment, multi‑task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a team (team‑building skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a “do whatever it takes” attitude)Experience Working In The Following Technologies Required AppianRDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB)Web services, Integrations, and Middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion)Experience Working In The Following Areas Is A PLUS Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP)Data management and data visualization/BIDevSecOps and/or Configuration ManagementMachine Learning, Artificial IntelligenceBenefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plansFlexible Spending Account 4@1K Match (immediate vesting)Paid Time OffTuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional developmentFlexible work scheduleOn‑site gym and childcare optionThe salary range for this role is $115,439.00 - $162,293.00 and takes into account a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience, licensure, and other business needs.
