Burgess & Niple is searching for a dedicated Traffic Group Lead to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA.B&N Traffic Group Lead ResponsibilitiesManaging and overseeing our traffic projectsServing as a go-to expert, providing technical guidance and support on traffic studies and design projectsLeading project teams, developing innovative design approaches, and ensuring seamless project and task managementKeeping a close eye on project finances, including invoicing, budget management, and financial reportingDriving business growth by developing and executing marketing and client relations strategies for the traffic sectionNurturing the professional growth of staff through training, coaching, and mentorshipSkills & QualificationsA Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET-accredited civil engineering program.10+ years of experience in traffic engineering, prior experience on GDOT projects is required.
