(ZAI) is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Analyst to support the Submarine Inactivation Program division of PMS 396 (PMS 396I).Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 per yearKey Responsibilities Research, draft, and coordinate responses to Congressional Requests for Information (RFIs) of a programmatic nature, with some technical aspectsAssist, with the potential to lead, acquisition efforts related to the potential commercial dismantlement of inactivated submarines (SSNs, SSBNs, and SSGNs)Track and adjudicate requests for the donation of submarine structures and equipment to private/governmental entities for use as public displays (memorials and museum exhibits)Assist in the program to harvest reusable components from inactivated/inactivating submarines in support of in‑service submarine sustainmentPotential growth into other areas of the program, as neededRequired Skills / Background 5+ years of military/contractor/DoD experienceQuick learner and self‑starterStrong organizational and writing skillsAbility to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment with shifting prioritiesDesired (but not required) Experience and Skills Experience with the DoN acquisition processExperience in responding to Congressional RFIs and/or reports to CongressExperience with U.S. Navy submarines (including active‑duty service)Bachelor's degree in a business or technical fieldRequired Qualifications Must be a U.S. CitizenMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance; preference will be given to candidates with an active Secret clearanceMust be available to work on‑site at the Washington Navy YardEqual Opportunity Employer ZAI is an equal opportunity employer.
