The VBA SME shall reduce the contractor's reliance on VBA for requirements elicitation and bring broader strategy of how to bring AI and Automation into the VBA Benefits ecosystem. VBA SME must be based out of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area to be on site with VBA leadership meetings.Required technical and professional expertise10+ years VBA claims intake, processing, and/or managerial experience OR willing to substitute VBA experience with VHA, VA OIT or NCA work experience.10+ years in any of the following VBA positions: Claims Assistant, Veterans Service Representative, Rating Veterans Service Representative, Assistant Coach, or Coach.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.VA Clearance is required either coming in or eligible to obtain one.Bachelor's Degree.Preferred technical and professional experienceSubject matter expertise on the disability compensation or pension claims process as well as VBA's entire Benefits entitlement processes.Familiarity with RPA, AI, and OCR.Experience working with VA Data.IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
