    SNA International, a world leader in forensics, biometrics, and identity intelligence, is currently looking for a bright, collaborative Intelligence Analyst II with a strong work ethic to join the team. SNA International's team works together in pursuit of the same cause: to build a safe and just world by empowering organizations in the use of forensics, biometrics, and identity intelligence.Critical Work Responsibilities Applyand train junior personnel inboth qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusionsin accordance withTSC Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.Demonstrateknowledge and applications ofmanagement principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical informationand train more junior Intelligence Analysts in the same.Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for TSC UnitOperations,train more junior staff inrelated best practices.Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and performadditionalassigned duties as neededincluding training and quality assurance of more junior staff.Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field and/or position.Bachelor's Degree in related field (or Associate's Degree5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience).To Apply: Please submit your Cover Letter and ResumeSNA International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
