This role provides expertise in interagency operations, strategic communications, and executive-level government workflows to ensure exercises accurately replicate the complexity of real-world national security and policy environments.What You Will DoProvide subject matter expertise on U.S. Government interagency functions, coordination processes, and operational workflows.Develop realistic exercise scenarios and injects reflecting National Security Council, White House, and interagency decision-making activities.Research, write, analyze, and synthesize interagency products including reports, meeting minutes, speech transcripts, press releases, and social media injects.Develop exercise materials and strategic communications products enhancing training realism and operational effectiveness.Coordinate with stakeholders across government, military, and interagency organizations to ensure exercise alignment and accuracy.Provide insight into interagency communication processes, crisis response coordination, and senior leader engagement activities.Assist in evaluating exercise outcomes and recommend improvements to training products and operational scenarios.Serve as a trusted advisor on interagency operations, communications, and coordination practices.What We Are Looking ForRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in international Affairs, Public Policy, Strategic Studies, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent government or military experience may be substituted.Minimum of 7 years of experience working with U.S. Government interagency entities.Experience supporting or coordinating with organizations such as the National Security Council and/or White House functions and processes.Demonstrated experience writing, developing, publishing, analyzing, and synthesizing interagency products and communications materials.Experience producing reports, meeting minutes, speech transcripts, social media injects, and press releases for operational or exercise environments.Prior professional experience working in or coordinating with government agencies such as the White House, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, or equivalent.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable products.Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environments.PreferredExperience supporting national-level exercises, crisis response activities, or strategic communications operations.Familiarity with interagency policy development and coordination processes.Experience supporting military exercises or defense-related training environments.Background in public affairs, strategic communications, policy analysis, or government operations.Clearance and EligibilityActive TS/SCI clearance required.This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).Who We AreAt D&G Solutions, people come first; our teammates, customers, and the communities we serve.
