We are caregivers, first and foremost, and we will be there when you need us.PILOT INCENTIVES Base Pilot Supervisor Annual Stipend: $5,000Salary Range: $106,511 - $117,162 including 20% Geo ModifierSign On Bonus: $15,000Retention Bonus Plans: $40,000 after 3 years plus additional bonuses upon completionSchedule: 7/7Base Housing: 24‑hour housing provided at all locationsJOB SUMMARY Ensures all operations involving Company aircraft are in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Air Evac EMS Operations Manual, and all state and municipal regulations. The Base Pilot Supervisor (BPS) is the front‑line supervisor for the Line Pilots assigned to the base and works with the Program Director to ensure the base operates efficiently, safely, and economically.RESPONSIBILITIES Provides leadership and training to Base Line Pilots:Develops and coordinates pilot duty schedules with the Regional Director of Flight OperationsCoordinates flight planning activities and resources for mission support with the Program DirectorConducts local area orientations for all new hire pilots assigned to the baseCoordinates aviation activities for public relations eventsReviews, corrects, and submits monthly flight/duty logs within required time framesMonitors pilots and assists in day‑to‑day management of flight and administrative issuesSubmits payroll grids to the Regional Director of Flight OperationsOperates aircraft safely and efficiently, emphasizing compliance with the Rotorcraft Flight ManualMonitors weather forecasts and current conditionsConducts preflight inspections and documents discrepancies in the engineering logReports to the shift and stays current on weather and forecast changesQUALIFICATIONS Base Line Pilot Requirements 2000 hours total flight time1500 hours helicopter time1000 hours helicopter pilot in command500 hours turbine100 hours night unaided, or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aidedPreferred Experience Previous HAA experience or equivalentOne year as a Pilot with a GMR companyPrevious supervisory experience helpfulEducation and Credentials Rotorcraft‑Helicopter Commercial CertificateRotorcraft‑Helicopter Instrument RatingHigh school diploma or equivalentOther 230‑pound weight limit while dressed in flight suit and bootsBenefits Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), disability, FSA, HSA, EAP, vacation, and paid time off.EEO Statement Global Medical Response and its family of companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer, which includes supporting veterans and providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with a disability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
