U.S. citizenship required.What You Will Do Understanding, implementing and ensuring compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), the DoD Manual 5205.07, NISPOM and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directives, Security plans (Standard Operating Procedures, OPSEC) and Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), etc.Creating, updating and administering security education, training and awareness to include program indoctrinations, refresher training, and debriefings.Conducting self‑inspections and recommending / implementing corrective actions.Conducting peer reviews at other sites.Oversight / participation in government compliance inspections and implementing corrective actions, as necessary.Program administrative work: personnel processing, visitor control, program related investigations, TS accountability, alarm testing, dispatching and receiving program documents/material and resolving other related program security issues.Managing physical security and construction requirements for SAPFs and SCIFs in accordance with ICD 705; submitting pre‑construction and accreditation packages to include Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) and Tempest checklists.Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.Relevant experience executing security processes and projects within special program access and collateral environments.Industrial security experience preferably in a Facility Security Officer (FSO) / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) role.Active and transferable Top‑Secret SCI (TS/SCI) U.S. government‑issued security clearance with in‑scope counter‑intelligence polygraph is required prior to start date.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Comprehensive knowledge of NISPOM and related directives.Experience with SIMS and DISS.Experience supporting Intelligence Community contracts and special access programs.High attention to detail, discretion, and integrity.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities independently.Existing TS/SCI with Polygraph in the last 24 months.To be Eligible for a SkillBridge Must be eligible to participate in Fellowship per DoD Instruction 1322.29.Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military.Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location.What We Offer SkillBridge Fellows are not eligible for any employee benefits; however, benefits may be available upon conversion to a full‑time position.Equal Opportunity Employer RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
