    Description

    As a Dispatcher at Academy Bus, you will join a cross-functional team, keeping the lines of communication open between its employees and customers. This role provides an opportunity for growth within the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S. This is a full-time position with benefits and paid time off.

    Earn $25.00-$26 per hour. Pay rate commensurate with candidate experience level.

    Requirements:

    • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
    • Valid Driver's License (CDL is a plus but not required)

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor service performance
    • Coordinate with terminal leadership, customer service, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations

    Desired Qualities:

    • Ability to manage in a fast paced, high change work environment
    • Solid internal and external customer service skills
    • Organized, analytical and drive for results
    • Instinct for process improvement
